什么是油煙凈化器？餐飲業(yè)是否有必要安裝凈化器？

　　油煙凈化器是用于凈化廚房排放油煙的治理設備的通稱，主要分為過濾式、濕式、靜電式和復合式，是有效降低油煙污染排放的治理手段。

　　餐飲業(yè)多集中在商業(yè)區(qū)、居民區(qū)，集中排放時對周圍環(huán)境污染較大，部分餐飲企業(yè)僅安裝了抽油煙機而并未安裝油煙凈化器，烹調(diào)過程中產(chǎn)生的油煙直接排入空氣中，油煙顆粒以及有害氣體也會直接對人體造成傷害，同時油煙中的VOCs也會對大氣環(huán)境造成復合性污染。

　　The catering industry is mostly concentrated in commercial and residential areas, and when emissions are concentrated, they cause significant pollution to the surrounding environment. Some catering enterprises only install range hoods without oil fume purifiers, and the oil fume generated during cooking is directly discharged into the air. Oil fume particles and harmful gases can also directly harm human health, and VOCs in oil fume can also cause compound pollution to the atmospheric environment.

　　另外，夏季許多露天燒烤直接排放燒烤煙氣，所產(chǎn)生的污染危害更加嚴重。因此，餐飲業(yè)必須安裝符合要求的油煙凈化器。

　　In addition, many outdoor barbecues in summer directly emit barbecue smoke, which poses a more serious pollution hazard. Therefore, the catering industry must install oil fume purifiers that meet environmental protection requirements.
